What does Westaflex Tubos Flexiveis Ltda do?
WdB has been operating for more than 40 years using machines and German technology. Initially it produced flexible hoses, whose purpose is to conduct air in the different parts of the engine of a vehicle, as well as the ventilation of cabins. At this early stage, the consumer market was formed by the automakers Mercedes Benz and Volkswagen. From 1972 until today, a long way has been taken. The climatic conditions of Brazil and the need for greater resistance of the parts, caused constant updates and improvement in product quality. The work of the WdB could not be a copy of what existed outside, and for that it was necessary the search of new technologies and improvement of the already existing one. This progress allowed the expansion of the market, and consequently the number of customers. Today, with experience acquired throughout the national territory, the WdB is recognized by most automakers in the automotive sector and the opening of external markets has proven its capacity.
