Metalúrgica Sato started its operations in 1989 with the inauguration of the SATO Galvanoplasty, located in the Industrial District in a land of 17,500m2.It became Metalúrgica Sato da Amazônia Ltda. aiming to meet the expectations of the local market for stamped, machined, welded and painted parts. It has been controlled by the current entrepreneurs who have in their luggage the experience of more than 30 years in the metal mechanic segment. In 2009, an industrial expansion plan was started, increasing its plant to the current 8,000m2, professionalizing its administration, starting to update its machinery park, expanding the welding and painting sectors, consolidating its participation in the two-wheeler markets, consumer electronics and white goods.Nowadays, it has a staff of 300 employees, with a fleet of machines with more than 100 press units, ranging from 10 to 400 tons, welding process - Mig / Tig / Prejeção / Ponto, machining, threading, electrostatic painting, serigraphy and assembly of components.
