Lipsa Industrial arose 16 years ago in response to the need of Mexico to have a company specialized in engineering, procurement and construction work related to the process industries, electric generation and driving lines. Lipsa Industrial is created with the association of Lipsa, a construction company of recognized prestige and economic solvency founded in 1963 with a large presence in the national and international market, together with a group of mostly chemical engineers with extensive experience in the execution of a wide range of projects of diverse nature, size and scope in process plants, paper, power generation, mining, manufacturing and driving lines, among others. The team of engineers and technicians of Lipsa Industrial has an average experience of 20 years and more than 15 years working together in projects of the process and energy industry, which guarantees an in-depth knowledge of work systems, standards, specifications, procedures and computational tools, fundamental characteristics in engineering companies to achieve successful projects. If required, our staff has the capacity to generate in English all the documents and plans of the project. Our partner Lipsa implements the construction works based on his proven experience, as well as his human, financial resources and availability of machinery of his property. Lipsa Industrial also offers comprehensive procurement services through our purchasing department, which has bilingual staff with experience dealing with national and international suppliers, extensive knowledge of procuring equipment, materials and services required in process plants and knowledge of prices and conditions commercial. The company has its own headquarters in Mexico City at tepuxtepec 32 dam, Colonia Loma Hermosa, C.P. 11200. The offices located on one floor with an area of 700m² have modern and well equipped facilities to develop engineering work. At Lipsa Industrial, the application of computer systems in engineering and drawing is a fundamental part of the development, administration and control of projects. Computers and their use are considered resources that increase the productivity of our staff, improving the quality of the design and minimizing errors and rework. Lipsa Industrial has installed a wide variety of computer equipment for the production of 2D and 3D drawings. The work stations vary in sophistication and power depending on their applications. The computing platform consists of a network of servers, personal computers, CAD stations, printers, plotters which are interconnected via local "ethernet" network and externally via "internet", all part of an information system that allows an easy exploitation and access to it by users and the client. The application of design programs, simulation, 2D drawing, 3D modeling and quantification of materials in an automatic way are routinely used in projects, which allows us to improve our productivity and quality, as well as reduce engineering costs. All disciplines have at their disposal dozens of graphic commands and utilities that have been developed to increase the speed and consistency in the production of plans, additionally menus with hundreds of cells and graphic symbols have been generated for use in the preparation of plans and drawings in a fast, consistent and repetitive way. An extensive library of standard drawings and drawings has also been developed that can be easily adapted to meet the specific requirements of the project.
