During these three decades, a very beautiful history was being built and, through hard work and dedication, we reached among the 20 largest construction companies in the country, with more than 170 works throughout Brazil.
From the beginning, the commitment to innovation, quality and sustainability was the hallmark of this company. Combined with values such as ethics, commitment to people and focus on the customer, we are always in line with our main objective: to generate positive and constructive experiences in the lives of all those involved.
PERFORMANCE SEGMENTS
In the real estate development and construction area, Rio Verde develops residential and commercial projects that stand out for their quality standards, modern architecture, functional plants, variety of leisure items and privileged location.
In addition, as we focus on sustainability, the projects are planned and executed in order to minimize environmental impacts and generate benefits for future residents, such as water and energy savings, thermal and acoustic comfort. The proof of this is that most of our projects have the international certification for sustainable construction AQUA-HQE, which attests to the high environmental quality.
Currently, we have projects in the cities of Americana, Araras, Limeira, Piracicaba, Rio Claro and São Carlos, all in the interior of São Paulo.
Rio Verde has a significant presence in the private civil construction market, designing and executing works for various sectors of the industry, in addition to corporate buildings, hotels, resorts, shopping malls and infrastructure works.
For customers who wish to obtain LEED certification, the main seal for sustainable buildings in the country, we have all the know-how to follow the necessary requirements in construction.
To date, Rio Verde has carried out around 170 medium and large-sized projects throughout Brazil.
For certain public and private sectors, which are operated under a concession regime, Rio Verde establishes partnerships and consortia with companies specialized in the sectors in question, for the execution of works and the operation of businesses.
